DuQana AI is an optional, subscription-included feature that reads a summary of your shop's real numbers and explains them in plain language. It doesn't generate its own figures or make decisions for you. It powers the Daily Insight and the "Ask DuQana" business chat.
Turning it on or off
Go to Profile → DuQana AI. If you're on an active subscription, you'll see a switch: turn it on to start using Daily Insight and chat. Turning it off immediately stops any data being sent to Gemini; your shop keeps working as normal, just without the AI features.
What it can do
- Daily Insight: a health score and a short explanation of what changed in your business today
- Ask DuQana: a chat where you can ask questions about your sales, stock, staff, and expenses
What data it sees
Only a summary of your shop's sales, inventory, expenses, and aggregated staff performance, never customer personal data. You can review the full details any time from the "What data does Gemini see?" link next to the switch.
Subscription required
DuQana AI is included with any active subscription (trial, paid, or grace period). If your subscription isn't active, Profile shows what the feature offers and the current status of your subscription.
