Where can I check subscription prices?
Check the current plans in the pricing section of the DuQana home page. Each plan shows the number of shop users included, any trial period and the monthly total.
Does DuQana work offline?
Yes. The mobile app queues sales offline and syncs automatically when you reconnect. The web app requires an internet connection.
How does M-Pesa integration work?
You add your M-Pesa Business (Paybill or Till) credentials in Payments. During checkout, customers receive an STK Push prompt on their phone and pay directly.
Can multiple staff use DuQana at the same time?
Each staff member has their own login. The owner chooses the tasks they can access and can review the sales they record.
Is my data secure?
Shop accounts use sign-in and staff permissions. Only give each person the access they need, and do not share passwords, verification codes or M-Pesa credentials. Read the Privacy Policy for how business data is handled.
